I made this poster because listening is something I am really passionate about. I think most of us listen in order to add our next comment or story to the conversation instead of listening to truly hear or understand. This poster was meant to be a reminder to myself and everyone else that our relationships can really only prosper if we listen as if what people are saying really matters to us—and it needs to matter.
